Sakshi Vadiyar

Sakshi Vadiyar, A qualified architect, Sakshi contributes to all the design and development of Samava’s various projects. With over 20 years of experience, Sakshi excels in translating the vision of the organization into reality, while creating living & working spaces that are a perfect balance of functionality and aesthetics. Her intuitive skills help her to understand customer needs deeply and to visualize and design homes that are perfectly suited to our customers.
Gopi Pokale
Creative Head
Gopi Pokale, With over 15 years of experience in the field of creative & marketing communication design, Gopi is a qualified Interior Designer who brings serious creative energy into the marketing & communication aspects of the brand Samava. He functions as the main point of coordination between various creative partners and agencies and ensures that the brand messaging is consistent with the core philosophy of the organization.

Monali Vadiyar, With 14+ years of experience across Mumbai & Goa, Monali is a qualified Interior Designer who has worked on several commercial and residential projects.
Akshay Powar
Director/Co-Founder
Akshay Powar, With over 8 years of experience, Akshay is responsible for coordinating the various critical aspects of the group’s construction activities. His role comprises handling a wide range of activities from workforce recruitment and maintaining work discipline to authorization of vendors & external agencies and overseeing all the client needs.
Nandita Desai
Interior Designer
Nandita Desai is a design professional with over 14 years of experience in the field. She has worked on a wide range of commercial and residential projects in Kolhapur, Pune, and Goa. She is also an accomplished landscape designer.
Samir Dave
Head (Operations and Sales) Hospitality
Samir Dave, Having more than 7 years of experience Mr. Samir is a key figure of Samava's
hospitality arm and has been vital in developing and expanding brand Blu. Over
the past 7 years he has operated altogether 5 resorts of 165+ keys, his mission
is to develop and enable a variety of hospitality segments which focuses to
cultivate the highest revenue through rental management without compromising
guest service standard. Strategic hospitality business development planning and
its execution along with sales & operations are his key skills.
In
the past Samir has also worked for the Aviation Industry for more than 10 years
and has held multiple leadership roles in Airlines and International Cargo
Terminal.
